Fit Tips
- The Mind is its own place, Make sure you are focused on your goals during every session
- Limit your breaks in the gym and always follow a plan
- Always give 100 percent, You will never be your strongest every day but your effort level is always able to hit 100 percent
- Always focus on your own goals until you have mastered what you do
- relax your mind during cardio and never multi task! reading / watching tv
- Track your diet at least one week every month to keep ontop of it. Every week is adviced if possible
- Eat 5 times a day before taking suppliments "if you cant stop for food and need to eat thats when you should suppliment".
- Always push your limits, saying with in your confort zone will not build progress fast
- Learn to feel comfitable with being uncomfitable, It takes time but its possible and makes everything much easier.
- Believe in yourself and your trainer, beleif turns into motivation and excitment.
- Drink water all the time, keep a bottle with in reach all day everyday, you do it with your phone and wallet so you can with a bottle of water.
- help others when you can, dont look down on anyone unless your aim is to bring them up
